What counts as an active project?+
A project in the active Project Hub counts toward capacity. Archived projects sit outside the active workspace count.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Start on Free and add project, user, storage, or onboarding capacity when the studio needs it.
What happens to archived projects?+
Archived projects remain recoverable with their linked rooms, items, visuals, documents, suppliers, and activity intact.
Is onboarding included?+
Free is self-serve. Solo includes light onboarding, Studio guided onboarding, and Multi-designer priority rollout support.
